The 'Warrick Grove' property was purchased in April 2003 and since then much has been achieved.

The search for appropriate land for a quality olive grove commenced in 2001 going as far north as Laura, south to McLaren Vale and into the Barossa Valley. Wine country fits well with growing olives and featured highly in the search.

- In April purchased the 20 acre block on Leasingham Road Watervale, overlooking Annie's Lane's vineyards and opposite Reilly's Winery.

- In August secured irrigation water.

- 2008 - Planted 2000 Australian native trees on the property.

- From April to June a grove of 5000 FS17 olive trees planted.

- On May 10th completed our first harvest.   Hand harvested one tonne which produced 250 litres of excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This oil was enjoyed by  friends, family and locals. Everyone recognised the exceptional quality of the oil.

- On April 3   'Warrick Grove'   became certified signatories to the Australian Olive Association's 'Code of Practice'.

- On May 4th completed the first commercial harvest of 12.5 tonnes, picked early, which produced 2,500 Litres of exceptional quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Had our oil tested at Department of Primary Industry at Wagga Wagga NSW in compliance with the Olive Industry Code of Practice. Our oil is now certified as Australian Extra Virgin.

- In October, as members of Clare Valley Cuisine, eatlocal_150px_urlour local 'Food Group', we  joined the 'EAT LOCAL' programme. The aim of this programme is to provide easy access for tourists in the area to access high quality food made with local ingredients. Our extra virgin olive oil is used by a number of local restaurants and forms part of their 'EAT LOCAL' menus. Visitors to the Clare Valley can access the 'EAT LOCAL' website where they will find a description of the restaurant, cafe or as in Warrick Grove's case, farmgate, along with a map showing how to find the attraction. The programme was launched by the Tourism Minister later in October 2012 and will cover all South Australia's food regions.

- After attending the Coles Stores 'Meet the Buyer' function Warrick Grove was the only olive oil producer selected for distribution for sale in Coles Stores across South Australia. Our 500 mL bottles and 2 Litre casks are now on Coles' shelves as well as gourmet stores in Japan.
